The 350 acres of vineyards patchwork into 60 different smaller vineyard blocks, each dedicated to producing distinctive wines of elegance and power. Chalk Hill’s connection to agriculture dates back to the pioneer era when the estate was planted to a broad spectrum of crops, including wine grapes. From the property’s roots in farming, it’s only natural the estate embrace a multifaceted culinary program which today, includes an organic produce garden and a full-time executive chef who creates culinary pairings to expertly showcase the Chalk Hill Estate collection of wines.
