The Winery:
Paradise Ridge Winery offers a distinctive wine country experience with indoor and outdoor tasting bars, a modern-art sculpture grove, vineyard tours, artisan wine and cheese pairings and tastings for larger groups by appointment. The tasting room is known for its incredible panoramic view of Russian River Valley, and for their wide selection of wines from that same appellation, including bottlings from the exclusive Rockpile AVA.
Artisan Wine and Cheese Pairing:
This tasting offers local, artisan cheeses paired with seasonal garnishes. As with the wines, each pairing is about balance. The pairings showcase the wine’s distinct varietal characteristics, including fruit, tannin, texture and other subtle nuances.
